A press malfunction forced Yohann into a 10 day  maceration on this freckled variety of Vermentino from which the cuvée gets its namesake. Indisputably a white wine in the glass, the Pigato is both fast on the palate and texturally broad, mineral and salty. Delicious stuff for apero or any seafood.
