Petit Nature is Martin’s pétillant naturel made from Muscat, Chasselas Rose, and a mélange of different table varieties. Direct press to stainless steel; bottled with 15g/liter residual sugar to carry out secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aromatic, dry, and energetic.

Martin Texier, son of renowned northern Rhône natural wine producer Eric, transitioned from studying economics to
winemaking in 2014. After dabbling in music and interning in New York City's wine scene, he embraced his family legacy, now
cultivating five hectares around St.-Julien-en-St.-Alban with classic Rhône varieties. His passion lies in reviving local traditions,
opting for natural methods in both vineyard and cellar practices. The early success of his wines speaks volumes about his
talent.
