Nathalie’s Gamay is from a high-altitude clay-limestone parcel in Oignt and her vines are farmed without chemical intervention. She tills her vineyards exclusively by horse. This is the first cuvee of the year to be bottled. Macerated for ten days before pressing into steel tanks.
