Part of an exciting new line of macerated, sans-soufre wines, this maceration of Pinot Gris is prismatic in the glass and and on the palate. Dreamlike fruit with crunchy herbaceousness and rolling acidity. Light “rosé” in color, aged 7 months in used barrels.
